You can cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped or if we are unable to deliver to you within 28 days.

Guarantee

12 months from date of purchase - in the unlikely event that you have cause to return a faulty product we will replace it free of charge if such defects are due to substandard materials &/or manufacture but excluding fair wear & tear, misuse or accidental damage

Returns

Should the product prove unsuitable and be returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt we will refund the purchase cost (excluding post and/or shipping costs).

VAT

All online prices are inclusive of VAT ruling at the date of despatch. Flipstick product does not qualify for VAT exception.
